Runes were often made with stone or wood, connecting them even more to nature. Our deck is one of the very few that has incorporated runes into cards. We have thoughtfully made every decision and chosen every material to resemble the ancient runes, while at the same time staying true to their origins and natural connection.

Lamination is the process where - in our case - 2 different papers are joined together to create one thick card.

How long are orders and inquiries processed?

Orders are dispatched routinely, so tracking numbers will be sent out chronologically.

Unfortunately, shipping is very much out of our control.
Global lockdowns and restrictions caused by COVID have exacerbated these delays and unprecedented setbacks I.e customs check, shipment on hold, not enough freight capacity.
* Some parcels are not being scanned as postal carriers want to save time + social distancing! It doesnโt mean itโs lost.
Once a tracking number has been issued, we have absolutely no control over the parcel.
However, weโre happy to help you send an inquiry and locate where your parcel may be.
Please note that once an inquiry has been sent, the postal office has to correspond with your national postal courier to find out where your parcel is.
What are your Refund & Cancellation Policies?
โข Cancellations are possible only within the first 12 hours of your purchase.
(STRICTLY NO cancellations once the 12 hour timeframe has passed, or when the order has been dispatched)

This is why we highly recommend using UPS/DHL instead of regular mail, as COVID-19 has spawned some inexplicable tragic shipping mishaps and misfortunes. (especially if youโre in the US/Canada)
Once we send an inquiry to the post office, itโs pretty much out of our hands once again.
