* Some parcels are not being scanned as postal carriers want to save time + social distancing! It doesn’t mean it’s lost.
Once a tracking number has been issued, we have absolutely no control over the parcel.
However, we’re happy to help you send an inquiry and locate where your parcel may be.
Please note that once an inquiry has been sent, the postal office has to correspond with your national postal courier to find out where your parcel is.
